• Project work is governed by a written estimate or statement of work and, where applicable, a mutual NDA.
• Clients own all data, results, code, figures and intellectual property arising from their projects, subject to payment.
• Hourly work is billed against capped estimates; we do not exceed a cap without written approval.
• All services are for research use only and are not intended for clinical diagnosis or treatment decisions.
